Egg & Cheese Crêpes10 Michel de France Crêpes In a mixing bowl mix eggs well, add green onion, tomatoes and ham. Melt butter in a sauté pan, add egg mixture and stir until cooked. Evenly spoon egg mixture down the center of each crêpe. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Fold one side of crêpe over the top and roll it up. In a microwave, heat filled crêpes on high for 30 seconds. Makes 5 servings. |
