Where are your products produced?

All products are produced at our facility in Ontario, California.

What forms of payment are accepted for online payment?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. American Express and Discover credit cards are not currently accepted.

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. All items are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Are any of Michel de France products certified kosher?

Yes, all of Michel de France products are certified kosher.

How can I access wholesale prices if I am a business owner?

We encourage orders online but feel free to call in your order.

My neighborhood store does not carry your crepes. I want to buy locally. What should I do?

You may approach the store manager and request them to reach out to us - give him/her our contact info.
